Monthly cohorts are grouped by each user's first recorded event. A return means hosting or accepting attendance at a different event that starts after the first and within 45 days. The percentage includes only users whose full window has elapsed; newer users remain pending, even if they have already returned. Recent cohorts can still change as windows complete.

Links accounts only. Uses event start times, rather than the date an invite was accepted or an event was created. Each user enters once; later events do not restart the window. Historical cohorts use available live and archived records, so previously deleted events or missing legacy memberships cannot be recovered. Independent of the date filter above.
Each bar shows the number of events in an attendee range. Hosts and accepted off-app guests are included. Each event is counted once in the month it starts, using exact event-start snapshots. The current month is partial.

Late observations are labelled here and excluded from the headline percentages and attendance chart.
A conversion requires at least one accepted off-app event before account creation, a completed Links profile, and the same Firebase-verified phone number. Accounts created before the first recorded off-app acceptance are excluded from conversions.

Unique off-app users & date ranges. Each normalised phone number counts once. The date filter selects users by their first recorded off-app acceptance, and filters event details by their dates. The conversion percentage is the share of those unique off-app users who accepted an invite before creating a completed Links account. Pre-existing accounts are excluded from conversions.
Average attendees & event sizes. The average is the total recorded attendees divided by the number of exact event-start snapshots in the current London calendar month. Hosts and accepted off-app guests are included. Each event counts once in the month it starts. The average tile opens monthly distributions for the latest 12 months; the month picker changes that chart only. Late observations and invalid counts are excluded. Months without snapshots show a dash, and the current month is partial.
Monthly active users. Unique users with Links accounts who hosted or accepted attendance at a dated event that has started and overlaps the month so far. Each user counts once, including when they both host and attend or join several events. Off-app guests, cancelled events, and future events are excluded. Ongoing events can count in both months. Percentage change compares the month so far with the same local date and time last month, using London time; shorter months use their last valid day. A previous count of zero has no percentage baseline. Attendance is based on accepted RSVPs rather than physical check-ins.
This month's attendance. The main percentage uses exact event-start snapshots from the current calendar month in London time. Accepted RSVPs are used as an attendance measure and hosts are included. Attendee counts are combined across events, so an event with more attendees has more weight. Each event is counted once at its start; this is not a count of unique users across events.
Attendance graph. Switch between the latest 12 weeks and 12 months. Start and finish snapshots are plotted separately by their respective dates. This history and the current-month attendance metric are independent of the user/event date filter.
Events before signup. Each event counts once per phone number, even when someone uses multiple invite links, changes their response, or accepts again. A previously accepted RSVP still counts. The pre-signup count includes only events first accepted before account creation; later acceptances do not increase it.
Historical coverage. Start and finish snapshots are retained after archiving. Late observations are excluded from the main attendance numbers and graph. Older RSVPs may have incomplete history. Account creation is used for signup timing; app installs are not measured.
